We now have new games up that actually work now so go to our games page

If you were wanting to buy "Volume 1"  but wanted to hear it first well
now you can on our shop page and listen to our samples.

We will soon have pics and hopefully video up of our hard work in the
studio. We are excited with the bigger and heavier sound and soon you will
get to see and hear for yourself, so keep checking back for updates.

There's great stuff happening on The Mercy Forum so we invite you to join
in on the fun and you never know when we might be on!

If you have been wondering were did we go, we took a little R&R for the holidays to spend time with our families and to finish up some projects in our personal lives, aka School courses, jobs, David getting engaged (congrats), but now we are back better than ever, with a brand new site which looks amazing thanks to our own "Destiny". and we are also hard at work writing the new CD. We currently have 5 songs and intend to complete 10 to 12 for the project. The new stuff is much lower thanks to the new "BC Rich baritone" and similar writing style to "The Unseen" also adding alot of faster and choppier beats into the sound. We are also gearing up for some more shows so you never know, we could be coming to your town very soon so check out our show page for updates. Thanks again!

Our drummer Josh's truck is the first to bear the "Mr. Skullhead" giant decal on the hood. Let us know if you want one, it'll be a little pricey, but e-mail matt@themercyband.com if you would like one.

Our new trailer is getting a new facelift 'The Mercy' style. It will be in use on the road in August, we are so proud to have it.

The Mercy has submitted a song to the Florida Grammy's. We'll know in November if we make it to the finalist.

The Mercy is going to be on 2 compilation CD's. One is for Murray Hill Theatre in Jax, FL, and the other is for The Indie Edge Show/Electric Groove Records.

A few labels have contacted The Mercy. No contracts have been signed as of yet, but we'll keep you posted. We want to make sure it's the right deal.

The Mercy is now being represented by Indie Artist Management. We hope great things are in the future as far as bookings, shows and radio play.

The Mercy was featured on 101.1 WJRR on their Native Noise show. The show is on Sunday nights from 11-12. Call and request "She'll Stay".

The interview with Zoe Lexus from "The Indie Edge" on Saturday the 9th will be up on the home page in about a week in case you mised it. Also coming soon will be live streaming video
of our show at Murray Hill last Saturday night. Thankyou to our fans who drove great distances in the pouring rain (Destiny in Daytona and Family among others ) from Hurricane Dennis.

The Mercy was on the front page of the Daytona Beach News Journal on Sunday for the song "Cutter", the song deals with the subject that the paper was wanting to do an artical about it and used
references from the song and plugged the new CD, its a really good thing to get a Christian message in a secular media outlet.
